You are able to select your design style and colors. Since I have a variety of materials on hand, your design will be truly one-of-a-kind based on your selections. There are many variations possible! Some designs are premade so colors cannot be changed and special accents cannot be made.

Please ensure all your customizations are to your liking and that everything is spelled correctly BEFORE placing the order. I will not be able to take any changes once I have received your order.

We are not responsible for anything that is misspelled or made incorrectly if the customizations specifications are not correct.

Due to the handmade nature of my items, some slight imperfections might be present.

I calculate my pricing by adding up the following:
- unit cost of item: could range from $2-$35 depending on the item
- cost of materials: generally $1-$5, I have a lot of materials on hand so I never charge more than $5 for materials and that’s depending on the size of the item
- labor: $12/hour, most items do not take more than 1 hour to make so I will at most charge $12
- travel: $5, depending on if I have to go pick something (usually the craft store, print shop, etc.)
- packaging shipping: $3, reused box, tissue, bubble wrap, tape
- packaging local pick up: $1 for gift bag, tissue, and bubble wrap
- thank you cards: $0.50 for printing each of them from a local copy shop

There are several things that I do NOT calculate in my pricing, such as materials and time creating content for socials, website updates, utility in my home, etc.

Example: Libbey cup
- unit price: $2.50 - $10.00 depending on style
- materials: $2.00
- labor: 30 mins per cup, $6.00
- travel: I go pick up my pre-made designs in bulk, so $5 in total for all cups made, so $0.50 per cup
- packaging: $1.50 or $3.50
- total cost local pick up: $12.50 - $21.50 per cup
- total cost shipping: $14.00 - $22.00
- sale price: $18.00 - $25.00
- profit: $3.00 - $4.00 per cup

Pricing will only be negotiable for bulk orders of the same item (10+).

These items are all handcrafted, made-to-order with love.

Once you place your order, it will be in the queue for me to make. I will try to get your order shipped within 2-4 weeks. Depending on if we need to be in contact for more customization specifications, it may take longer.

Once it is shipped it is the responsibility of the carrier (USPS) to get your product to you within the timeframe of the shipping speed you selected.

If the tracking number shows delivered but you have not received the item, please check with them.

Local, free pick-up is available in Houston at the Kroger, 1938 W Gray St, Houston, TX 77019. We can work around your schedule to organize a pick up!

Free drop-off delivery to addresses within a 5-mile radius of 77019. There is a $5 delivery charge for addresses further out.

Since all products are fully made-to-order, they are all non-returnable, non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable.
